William E. Keegan Appointed to TLEPN Executive Advisory Board
The Texas Law Enforcement Peer Network (TLEPN) is proud to announce the appointment of Bill Keegan of HEART 9/11 as a Voting Member of its Executive Advisory Board, effective March 1, 2026.
This appointment recognizes Keegan’s outstanding leadership, service, and unwavering commitment to supporting the well-being of first responders and their families. Through his work with HEART 9/11, Bill has demonstrated a deep dedication to assisting those impacted by critical incidents—an effort that closely aligns with TLEPN’s mission and values.
As a Voting Member of the Executive Advisory Board, Keegan will play a key role in guiding organizational strategy, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the development and oversight of peer support programs serving law enforcement personnel across the State of Texas.
